The consolidating parent company which owns and controls BITĖ Group is PLT VII Finance S.à r.l. based in Luxembourg.
Providence Equity Partners, the global private equity firm, invested in BITĖ Group in 2015 and has been controlling it since. Their primary focus is investments in media, communications, education, and technology.
